Flying High Daycare is a family owned and operated business in Hurricane, UT. We are a family licensed daycare within a clean and loving home environment. At Flying High Daycare, we have high standards and expectations. We do more than just watch children. We know how important these first few years are in the life of every child and have daily activities ranging from reading to math to art and science. We care for our children with kindness and patience while teaching pre-academic and social skills in playful and engaging ways.
About Us
Our caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified and receive at least 20 hours of childcare training each year. We are moms, sisters, daughters and grandmothers who understand how hard it is to place your child/children into the care of another person. Combined we have over 45 years experience teaching and raising children. We understand the comfort and peace of mind it brings when you can trust your caregiver when you’re busy working to support your family. Come and stop by for a visit. What hours are you open?
Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Do you provide transportation to schools?
Yes, we will drop off and pick up your children from the following schools: Hurricane Elem., Three Falls Elem., and Valley Academy.
What ages do you provide care for?
We provide care for children from ages 2 weeks to 12 years old.
Do you accept the state of Utah child care assistance payments?
Yes, we are approved by the State of Utah to accept children on the state child care assistance program.

Are you closed on Holidays?
We are closed on the following Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, The day after Christmas (if it falls on a weekday), New Year’s Day and one week during the summer.
Note: If the holiday falls on a Saturday childcare will be closed the Friday before. If the holiday falls on a Sunday daycare will be closed the Monday after.
